ShiftFlow Privacy Policy

ShiftFlow helps users plan shift schedules, rotation rules, reminders, pay settings, sharing workflows, backup, restore, and cloud sync features. This policy explains what information may be processed when you use ShiftFlow.

Information We Process

• Schedule and app data: shift templates, rotation rules, generated schedules, exceptions, wage settings, notification preferences, theme preferences, sharing data, backup data, and related app settings.
• Account data: if you sign in, we may process your email address, account identifier, authentication provider, and account status.
• Purchase data: product identifiers, purchase status, transaction verification data, and entitlement state. Apple App Store and Google Play process payment details; ShiftFlow does not receive full card numbers.
• Diagnostics and usage data: crash logs, device model, operating system version, app version, performance data, app interactions, and feature usage events where Firebase or similar services are enabled.
• Advertising identifiers: where ads are enabled and permitted by platform settings, Google Mobile Ads or related services may process advertising identifiers and ad interaction data.
• Photos or files: only when you choose a local image for personalization or use backup / restore / export workflows.
• Calendar data: only when you choose to export or sync schedules to a system calendar.

How We Use Information

• Provide schedule planning, reminders, wage settings, sharing, backup, restore, and sync features.
• Authenticate accounts and restore purchases.
• Maintain security, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot issues.
• Understand app performance and improve reliability.
• Show ads or measure ads where applicable and permitted.
• Respond to support requests.

Local Storage And Cloud Sync

Many ShiftFlow features store data locally on your device. If you sign in or enable cloud features, selected app data may be stored or processed with Firebase services to support sync, backup, restore, and sharing.

Third-Party Services

ShiftFlow may use services such as Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Firebase Crashlytics, Firebase Remote Config, Firebase Analytics, Google Mobile Ads, Apple App Store, and Google Play. These providers process information under their own policies.

Permissions

• Notifications: used for shift reminders and scheduled alerts.
• Calendar: used only when you choose calendar export or sync features.
• Photos: used only when you choose a local image for personalization.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers that help operate ShiftFlow, process purchases, provide analytics, deliver ads, or comply with legal obligations.

Retention And Deletion

Local data can be removed by using in-app controls where available, system app data controls, or uninstalling the app. Signed-in users can request account deletion in the app or through the Account and Data Deletion page. Some records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or store purchase records.

Children

ShiftFlow is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can take appropriate action.

Changes

We may update this policy. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page.
